Privacy notice.
What we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to delete it. Written to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Who we are
Flant Automations Limited (RC 2020871, TIN 31274989-0001) of 1 Yemi Suara Street, Graceland Estate, Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at contactus@flantautomations.net or +234 803 501 1914.
What we collect, and when
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:
- When you send an enquiry — your name, company or organisation, email address, telephone number, the area of interest, indicative timeline and project location you select, the message you write, and any document you choose to attach.
- When you request the company profile — your name, company and work email, and what you are assessing us for.
- Automatically, with every submission — the date and time and the IP address the submission came from, which we keep as a security and anti-abuse record.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data such as health information, identity document numbers or payment card details.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to send you the documents you asked for, to follow up on that conversation, and to keep a record of enquiries received so we can manage and improve how we respond. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries addressed to us.
Who sees it
Enquiries are delivered to a screening mailbox and then to the Flant Automations Limited team member who will answer you. Email is delivered through our hosting provider and mail providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry emails — retained in our business correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship or its record requires, and reviewed periodically.
- The website enquiry log — a backup record kept on the web server. It is not publicly accessible, it is rotated automatically once it reaches 2 MB, and only the three most recent rotations are retained.
- Attachments you upload — stored outside the public web root and deleted once the enquiry they relate to is closed.
Cookies and measurement

Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to provide it to you in a portable form. You may also withdraw consent at any time. Write to contactus@flantautomations.net and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
