Founded in December 2006 as Au-Tech Nigeria Limited, the company began by providing Electrical & Instrumentation services to Nigeria's Oil & Gas industry. Two decades of disciplined growth carried us into utilities, industrial automation, smart metering and intelligent infrastructure. In 2022 the company restructured, re-emerging as Flant Automations Limited — an identity that reflects our broadened capabilities in construction, automation and digital transformation.
Today, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable and sustainable technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency for businesses, government institutions and communities.

- 2006The foundation
Au-Tech Nigeria Limited is incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission in December 2006, providing Electrical & Instrumentation services to Nigeria's Oil & Gas industry. The founder brings hands-on project experience gained as a Construction Engineer at Chevron Nigeria Limited.
- 2008Professional growth
The company deepens its industry expertise, with the founder joining the International Society of Automation (ISA) — anchoring the business in global automation best practice.
- 2014Full-time operations begin
The founder transitions from Chevron to dedicate his full focus to leading Au-Tech Nigeria Limited, accelerating growth into utilities, metering technologies and industrial automation.
- 2015–19Landmark delivery years
Major programmes delivered: 15,900+ prepaid ultrasonic water meters configured and installed for Lagos Water Corporation schemes, solar power systems up to 115KW, electromagnetic flow metering, and the runway lighting system for the Escravos airstrip.
- 2022Strategic restructuring
The business restructures around its expanded capabilities in construction, automation and digital transformation — the blueprint for Flant Automations is born.

Incorporated on 18 January 2023 (RC 2020871), Flant Automations Limited carries the Au-Tech legacy forward with a future-focused mission and identity.
